Looking for a little spice ?
We will warm up slowly, and build up to dynamic movement and vinyasa sequences such as surya and chandra namaskar (sun & moon salutations), mandala namaskar, or something a little fun. We will explore balance poses, and enjoy a good stretch and relaxation at the end of class. This is a class to build warmth, strength, and flexibility. Have fun playing with the poses. Some experience is suggested.
