Do you sit at a desk all day? This class is for you . Tight hips are often a contributing factor in lower back pain, and a lack of mobility in the hips can put stress the knees. It’s important to maintain a good range of motion. This is a mellow practice, designed to increase flexibility in the hips and lower back. If you hike, bike, run or do sports, you probably need this class.
