Core and Balance focuses on center body conditioning together with hip, knee, and ankle strengthening for overall better mobility and stability. During this 60 minute class, you will be guided through pranayama (breath) work, floor, standing, and balance postures together with mindful transitions. A great class for harnessing your strength and focus.
