We start with gentle guidance into a meditation or breathwork,  to melt away stress and anxiety before heading into some intentional movement. Weaving from one pose to another at a slow pace in order to connect to your breath with ease. We then finish with a restorative pose before Savasana to help heal and restore balance into the mind and body.
