How it works :
Fascia and Tension:
Muscles are enveloped in a network of connective tissue called fascia. When muscles become tight or injured, the fascia can also become restricted, leading to pain and limited range of motion.
Applying Pressure:
SMR involves applying pressure to these restricted areas, either with a foam roller or a ball, to help release tension in the fascia and muscles.
