Jo’s personal practice evolved from a background in classical dance. Flowing and moving the body is a natural state of being for her. She was drawn to the practice of yoga and yogic philosophy as a method of connecting the body and mind. Her classes will challenge your body and help yoga practitioners work through internal blocks to find a state of acceptance and peace. She enjoys weaving philosophy and pranayama into her teachings. Come prepared to sweat, breathe and let it all go!
