About Shannon

As a lover of nature, Shannon is often found hiking a mountain in the forest or on the water paddling. Her love of the outdoors comes from the feeling of connection she gets while immersed in the beauty of the natural world. 


Shannon has travelled to some amazing places on this planet, and loves to learn about people, culture and the environment.   When Shannon is not in the forest, you can find her on her gathering with like minded people in reciprocity, connecting to spirit through yoga, meditation and exploring all this life has to offer. 


Her yoga journey began 25 years ago, when she attended her first yoga class, and has taught yoga for 15 years. She began a journey of personal healing over 20 years ago and continues to walk the path in curiosity.   


Practices such as trauma informed yoga, Reiki and other training have shaped who she is today and how she shows up as a person. Being grounded in daily spiritual practices is the foundation for which she lives. 


All of these elements and experiences have shaped how she shows up in the world. She has a passion for all things yoga & spirituality and loves to support others on their journey through transformation. Connecting to all of these practices has helped Shannon heal and transform her own traumatic experiences.
