Rheanna is a yoga instructor who creates accessible, welcoming practices for people of all abilities and backgrounds. Currently completing her Community Mental Health Certificate, Rheanna is passionate about integrating mindfulness and movement into programs that encourage healing, growth, and self-compassion.
