Foundational techniques of Prana ( breath flow), Nadi (Nervous channels), Hasta (hand energy), Pada (feet energy), Drishti (focus), and Asana (postural movement) are combined to set you up for a strong and safe foundation for your continued wellbeing.

Dynamic movement through rhythmic asana sequences that builds a progressive meditative flow experience to enhance your focus, strength & flexibility. This YogBhava class uses the traditional techniques of 'Anthar -Taal' (inner metronome) for an immersive, powerful & anchoring experience.
