The first half of this class is designed to improve strength by focusing on exercises inspired by Pilates, Barre and Body Conditioning. The intention is that by strengthening the areas of the arms, shoulders, core, back, glutes and legs, it may help with feeling more stable, safe and strong in your yoga practice. The second half of this class is Yin in style and focuses on creating length and space in the body, with the intention of bringing you into a place of relaxation. This class is fun and empowering!
