A practice split down the middle. The first half we flow. Encouraging the body to move through sun salutations, standing and balancing asanas. Creating more strength and fire from the inside out and leaving the body and mind energized. In the second half we move into a floor based, slow, mindful Yin practice, moving through asana on either the back, front or from a seated position. To help bring the body and mind to a place of quiet grounding.
