A grounding practice to prepare you for a good nights sleep. A great practice for beginners to curiously navigate the body into poses that are held for time. In these places we encourage the body to soften and settle without force, to calm the nervous system and create new pockets of space and length. This is a floor based practice with focused attention on body, breath and meditation.
